Home. Life. Consciousness.

Inspired by the current ecological situation (see Home, by Yann Arthus-Bertrand). Created for Space Age Magazine, where I participate as illustrator, it should act to raise awareness of the urgent issues our generation must face in the next 10 years. They say a picture is worth a thousand words... Materials used: my own resources, royalty-free stock & wacom tablet.

My friend and I were recently discussing about the prevalence of technology in our day to day lives. Reading this post makes me think back to that debate we had, and just how inseparable from electronics we have all become.

I don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Societal concerns aside... I just hope that as technology further innovates, the possibility of copying our brains onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's a fantasy that I dream about every once in a while.

Hugely BAD idea.

If we copied our brains on digital mediums... there would be no point for the human to be alive at all. There could be only one person operating billions of brains from a huge computer. Yuck yuck yuck...
